Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALE AND CUSTOM ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of the original shipment / purchase date.
In order to receive store credit, you must notify email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached.
Shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded.
Please be sure to include your invoice number in your return package.
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org .
